摘要目的探讨黄芪注射液联合盐酸拉贝洛尔、硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压综合征的效果。方法选择我院2014年6月～2015年12月收治的100例妊娠高血压综合征患者，按照入院日期尾数分为观察组（57例）和对照组（43例）。对照组给予盐酸拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗，观察组在对照组用药基础上加用黄芪注射液。观察两组的治疗效果。结果两组患者的血压均较治疗前明显改善，观察组治疗后的舒张压、收缩压分别为（85.8±3.7）mmHg、（133.1±8.2）mmHg，对照组分别为（91.7±4.3）mmHg、（151.9±9.3） mmHg，观察组的改善情况明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。 观察组治疗后的NO、SOD、24 h 尿蛋白水平分别为（950.7±91.4）mmol/L、（118.2±18.5）U/ml、（1.2±0.1）g，对照组分别为（729.6±85.3）mmol/L、（88.9±15.1）U/ml、（2.0±0.3）g，观察组的上述指标明显优于对照组，各项指标更趋于正常，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的剖宫产率、新生儿窒息发生率、胎心异常发生率分别为17.5%、7.0%、7.0%，明显低于对照组的37.2%、16.3%、23.3%（P＜0.05）。结论黄芪注射液联合盐酸拉贝洛尔、硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压综合征，三种药物发挥了协同降压作用，效果显著，母婴结局良好。
Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Huangqi Injection combined with Labetalol Hydrochloride,Magnesium Sulfate treating pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome.Methods100 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome treated in our hospital from June 2014 to December 2015 were selected,and they were divided into the observation group(57 cases)and control group(43 cases)according to the mantissa of admission date.The control group was given Labetalol Hydrochloride combined with Magnesium Sulfate treatment while the observation group was added Huangqi Injection based on the medication of the control group.The therapeutic effect in the two groups was observed.ResultsThe blood pressure of patients in the two groups was significantly better than that before treatment,and the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group was(85.8±3.7)mmHg and(133.1±8.2)mmHg respectively,while it was(91.7±4.3)mmHg and (151.9±9.3)mmHg respectively in the control group,and the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,NO,SOD,24 h urine protein level was(950.7±91.4)mmol/L,(118.2±18.5)U/ml,(1.2±0.1)g respectively,and it was(729.6±85.3)mmol/L,(88.9±15.1)U/ml,(2.0±0.3)g respectively,and the above-mentioned indexes in the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the indicators tended to be normal,and there was a statistical difference between groups(P＜0.05).The cesarean section rate,the incidence of neonatal asphyxia and the incidence of abnormal fetal heart rate in the observation group was 17.5%,7.0%and 7.0%,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(37.2%,16.3%,23.3%) (P＜0.05).ConclusionHuangqi Injection combined with Labetalol Hydrochloride,Magnesium Sulfate treating pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome,three kinds of drugs has synergistic antihypertensive effect,and its effect is significant,maternal and neonatal outcome is good.
