Abstract：ObjectiveTo compare the efficacy of Levamlodipine Besylate and Amlodipine Besylate in the treatment of essential hypertension.MethodsAltogether 100 cases of patients with primary hypertension who were treated in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group different treatment methods,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Amlodipine Besylate,and the study group were treated with Levamlodipine Besylate.The blood pressure,heart rate,FMD,PAV,serum NO,ET-1 levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsThere was no significant difference in blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups (P＞0.05).The level of FMD and PAV in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The level of serum NO of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05),and the level of ET-1 of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the study group(14.00%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(32.00%)(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe antihypertensive effect of application of Levamlodipine Besylate and Amlodipine Besylate in the treatment of essential hypertension is similar,but the Levamlodipine Besylate has better curative effect and low incidence of adverse reactions in improving vascular endothelial functions with better safety and effectiveness.
