Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical value of intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome.MethodsA total of 60 patients with acute coronary syndromes were enrolled in our hospital from 2010 to 2016.According to the principle of patient autonomy(taking into account the economic status and physical condition),the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group. The observation group was given intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation, the control group was given conventional treatment. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.ResultsCompared with before treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved, with significant difference (P<0.05).After treatment, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were significantly increased, compared with the control group, there was statistically significant(P<0.05).The frequency of angina pectoris, the longest duration and the amount of nitroglycerin after treatment were significantly improved in the two groups, compared with before treatment, there was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the frequency of angina pectoris and the longest duration of angina pectoris in the observation group were better than those in the control group after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment, the cardiac function LVEF and BNP were improved in the two groups after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),especially in the observation group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions, the average hospitalization, and the mortality rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionIntra-aortic balloon counterpulsation in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients with acute coronary syndrome,it is worth promoting.
