Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the influence of biofeedback therapy on cognitive function in patients with obsessive compulsive disorder.Methods60 patients with obsessive compulsive disorder treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected as the research object and they were divided into the control group and observation group according to the random number table method, and there were 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, while the observation group was treated with biofeedback therapy on the basis of the control group. The study cycle of the two groups was 12 weeks. After treatment, the cognitive function of the two groups was evaluated.ResultsThere was no statistical difference of the related indexes of memory, attention and executive function inpatients between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There was a statistical difference of above-mentioned indexes before and after treatment within the two groups (P<0.05).After treatment, the immediate memory score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the score of line connection test A,line connection test B and persistent errors were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The delayed memory, total responses and non-persistent error scores of two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).ConclusionBiofeedback combined with conventional medication in treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder has good clinical effect and can effectively improve the cognitive function of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
