Abstract:th severe craniocerebral injury given the operation and treated in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2016 were selected as the study object and they were divided into the observation group(50 cases)and control group(42 cases)according to the different surgical method. The observation group was treated with decompression of large temporal bone flap with low temporal bone, while the control group was treated with the standard decompressive craniectomy. The curative effect between the two groups was compared.ResultsThe intracranial pressure level and incidence of complications in the observation group at postoperative 3 days,5 days and 1 week were lower than those of control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The two groups showed no statistically significant difference in GOS score and prognosis grading (P>0.05).ConclusionDecompression of large temporal bone flap with low temporal bone treating severe craniocerebral injury has a more ideal effect, and the clinical application value is higher. It is worthy of popularization and application.
