Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of Dydrogesterone Tablets in the treatment of threatened abortion due to luteal insufficiency.MethodsA total of 60 cases of luteal insufficiency complicated with threatened abortion who admitted to our hospital were collected as the study subjects from June 21,2015 to June 20,2016.The patients were grouped in accordance with the order of admission.The experimental group was given Dydrogesterone Tablets for treatment,and the routine group was given Progesterone Injection for treatment.The treatment effect of two groups of patients was compared.ResultsThe success rate of preventing miscarriage in experimental group and routine group was 90.00%and 86.67%respectively,there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05);the incidence rate of adverse reactions in experimental group and routine group was 16.67%and 56.67%respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of serum P and E2in the experimental group after the treatment were significantly better than those in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe treatment of threatened abortion due to luteal insufficiency by Dydrogesterone Tablets has a significant effect,which has a high drug safety and is easy to improve the clinical symptoms of patients.It is worth wide application in the clinical.
