Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the clinical value of Dydrogesterone Tablets in the treatment of threatened abortion caused by luteal insufficiency.Methods120 cases of threatened abortion due to luteal insufficiency diagnosed and treated in our hospital from April 12,2015 to November 9,2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Progesterone injection, and the observation group was treated with Dydrogesterone Tablets. The levels of serum progesterone, estradiol, uric acid (UA)and the incidence of adverse reactions(nausea, headache, scleroma and redness)were observed and analyzed in the two groups.ResultsThe levels of serum progesterone and estradiol in the observation group were higher than that in the control group, while UA was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe treatment of threatened abortion caused by luteal insufficiency with diglucoside Dydrogesterone Tablets has high clinical value. It can not only improve the level of serum progesterone and estradiol, but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
