Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of Relinqing combined with Levofloxacin in thetreatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis and evaluate its therapeutic safety.MethodsFrom May 2015 to May 2017,100 patients diagnosed as chronic bacterial prostatitis treated in our hospital were selected as subjects.By a random number table mathod,they were evenly divided into research group and control group,50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group was treated with Levofloxacin,while the research group was treated wuth Relinqing combined with Levofloxacin.The treatment effect,the white blood cell index of the prostatic fluid(EPS-WBC),the prostate inflammation index(CPSI)and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the patients in the study group(98.00%)was higher than that in the control group(78.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the EPS-WBS and CPSI of the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionCombination of Relinqing and Levofloxacin obtains a remarkable effect on treating chronic bacterial prostatitis by improving patients′clinical symptoms in few adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
