Abstract:Neonatal bronchopulmonary dysplasia is a chronic lung disease. With the development of medical technology, premature bronchopulmonary dysplasia has changed from classical to new.At present, the incidence of bronchopulmonary dysplasia is increasing year by year, and the smaller the gestational age,the higher the incidence of bronchopulmonary dysplasia. In this paper,we summarized the etiology, basic characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of new BPD.Focus on the pathological characteristics of the new BPD,performed animal experiments and clinical trial, which may become a hot research topic for premature infants with bronchopulmonary dysplasia.
