Abstract：Objective To observe the effect of minimal feeding nursing on the balance of intestinal flora in premature infants.Methods A total of 120 premature infants admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as subjects and randomly divided into study group and control group,60 cases in each group.Preterm infants in the study group were given early minimal feeding,and preterm infants in the control group were given routine feeding.Real-time quantitative PCR was used to determine the number of intestinal bacteria in both groups.The changes of intestinal flora in the premature infants of the two groups were observed.Results After feeding,the number of bacillus,cocci and total bacteria increased in both groups,but the study group increased more significantly than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.Conclusion Minimal feeding nursing has a positive impact on the establishment of intestinal flora balance in premature infants.
