Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing intervention in patients with pregnancyinduced hypertension treated with Magnesium Sulfate.Methods A total of 54 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into reference group and observation group,27 cases in each group.All patients were treated with Magnesium Sulfate.In the observation group,clinical nursing intervention was adopted,while in the reference group,routine nursing was used.The occurrence of adverse reactions,the quality of life score before and after the nursing intervention,and the natural labor rate were observed and compared in the two groups.Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The natural labor rate of the observation group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in quality of life score before nursing intervention two groups (P>0.05).The scores of quality of life indicators after nursing intervention in the observation group and the reference group were higher than those before the intervention,and the scores of the quality of life indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group with statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing intervention for the nursing of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension has a good effect,it can increase the natural labor rate and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,it can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
