Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of psychological nursing intervention on maternal pregnancy outcomes and postpartum depression.Methods A total of 64 pregnant women from May 2017 to June 2018 were selected as study subjects.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,32 cases in each group.In the control group,routine care was used,while in the observation group,based on this operation,strengthened psychological nursing intervention was adopted.The pregnancy outcomes,postpartum depression and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding 2 hours after birth in the observation group was,less than that of the control group (P<0.05).The labor time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The natural delivery rate was higher than that of the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in neonatal asphyxia between the two groups(P>0.05).The postpartum depression score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group with statistical difference (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%,higher than that of the control group(81.25%),with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of psychological nursing intervention in pregnant women is favorable,which can effectively improve pregnancy outcomes and avoid postpartum depression.
