Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of human-based nursing on the application of high-grade pregnant women with high pregnancy and its impact on psychological status.Methods A total of 124 elderly women with high pregnancy-induced hypertension who admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into control group(n=62)and experimental group(n=62)according to random number table method.The control group was received routine care,and basic care on the basis of this,the experimental group was received pedestrian-based nursing and observed and compared the nursing effects and psychological status of the two groups.Results The incidence of pre-eclampsia and eclampsia in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group.The Apgar score of the newborn was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)after care in the two groups and self-depression scale(SDS)scores were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of human-based care in elderly women with high pregnancy-induced hypertension can effectively prevent and reduce the pre-eclampsia,incidence of eclampsia,improve bad mood,improve the quality of life of newborns,and have clinical adoption and promotion value.
