Abstract:Objective To study and analyze the clinical application effect of high-quality nursing in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.MethodsA total of 90 patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from July 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled and randomly divided into control group and research group,45 cases in each group. In control group, the clinical routine care mode was used, while in research group,high-quality nursing on the basis of the control group was added. The clinical efficacy in the two groups was carefully observed. Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were significantly lower compared with those in the control group with statistical differences(P<0.05).The time to be off bed, first exhaust time, and hospital stay in the research group were all shorter than those in the control group with statistical significance (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the research group was 97.73%,which was higher than that in the control group accounting for 81.82%with a statistical difference (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the research group than in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Application of high-quality nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy obtains a favorable clinical effect, which is worthy of promotion.
