拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压的临床效果

摘要

[摘要]目的探讨拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠期高血压的临床效果。方法选取2017年4月～2018年8月我院妇产科收治的50例妊娠期高血压患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为对照组（25例）和观察组（25例）。对照组给予硝苯地平联合硫酸镁治疗，观察组给予拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗，比较两组的血压、血液指标、临床疗效及妊娠结局的差异。结果观察组治疗后的收缩压及舒张压均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组患者的24 h尿蛋白、血细胞压积及血黏度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的治疗总有效率（92.00%）显著高于对照组（64.00%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组的妊娠结局优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论妊娠期高血压孕妇采用拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗可取得良好的降压效果，显著改善妊娠结局，而硝苯地平联合硫酸镁在改善血流动力学及肾功能方面效果更佳，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical effect of Labetalol combined with Magnesium Sulfate in the treatment of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Methods A total of 50 gestational hypertension patients admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to August 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the control group (25 cases)and the observation group(25 cases).The control group was given Nifedipine combined with Magnesium Sulfate,and the observation group was given Labetalol combined with Magnesium Sulfate.The blood pressure,hemorheology,clinical efficacy and pregnancy outcomes between the two groups were compared.Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the 24 h urine protein,hematocrit and blood viscosity of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(92.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(64.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The pregnancy outcome of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Pregnancy-induced hypertension in pregnant women with Labetalol combined with Magnesium Sulfate can achieve good antihypertensive effect,significantly improve pregnancy outcome.Nifedipine combined with Magnesium Sulfate in the improvement of hemodynamics and renal function is better than Labetalol combined with Magnesium Sulfate.This is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
