Abstract:Objective To study and analyze the effect of Dexmedetomidine combined with Oxycodone on the waking period of patients undergoing gynecological tumor surgery under general anesthesia. Methods A total of 98 patients who underwent gynecological tumor surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital were selected as the research objects from January 2017 to January 2018,and they were divided into four groups according to the random number table method.Patients in group D (25 cases) were given Dexmedetomidine, patients in group O (24 cases) were given Oxycodone, patients in DO group (24 cases) were given Dexmedetomidine combined with Oxycodone, and patients in group C (25 cases) were given saline. The waking time, extubation time, visual analogue scale (VAS) score at 20 minutes after extubation, cough score and serum pituitary-target gland axis-related hormone (thyroid-stimulating hormone [TSH],cortisol [Cor]) levels were compared in the four groups. Results The waking time in the DO group was shorter than that in the other three groups, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The extubation time in the DO group was longer than that in the group C,and shorter than that in the group D and group O,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The VAS score of the patients in the DO group at 20 minutes after extubation was lower than that in the group D and group C,and the cough score was lower than that in the other three groups, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The serum levels of TSH and Cor of patients in the DO group were lower than those in the other three groups, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing gynecological tumor surgery under general anesthesia,Dexmedetomidine combined with Oxycodone can significantly shorten the waking time and extubation time, reduce VAS and cough scores after extubation, and reduce the content of pituitary-target gland axis related hormones in serum.
