Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of constant temperature irrigation on the recovery period of patients with bladder irrigation after general anesthesia in urology. Methods A total of 200 cases of urological general anesthesia patients who need to continue to use bladder flushing in the awakening room admitted to Jiangxi Honorary Military Rehabilitation Hospital, from February 2017 to September 2018 were selected.Patients were divided into observation groups (100 cases) and control group (100 cases) according to the temperature of bladder flushing fluid. The observation group was used constant temperature bladder washing liquid and the control group was used room temperature bladder washing liquid, the spasms, restlessness after tracheal intubation, anaesthesia time and postoperative comfort of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The total incidence of sputum in the observation group was 20.00%, which was lower than that in the control group 42.00%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of agitation after removal of tracheal intubation in the observation group was 15.00%, which was lower than that of the control group 39.00%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The anesthesia recovery time of the observation group was (12.63±1.83) min, which was shorter than that of the control group (16.31±2.04) min, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total comfort of the observation group was 67.00%, which was higher than 16.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The use of constant temperature irrigation solution during bladder irrigation after general anesthesia in urology can speed up the patients′recovery, reduce the incidence of convulsions and agitation during the recovery, improve the patients′ postoperative comfort and improve the safety of the patients′ recovery period.
