Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of epidural combined general anesthesia in laparoscopic rectal cancer resection. Methods A total of 50 patients with ASAⅠ-Ⅱ who underwent laparoscopic rectal cancer resection in our hospital from June 2016 to May 2017 were enrolled in the study, the patients were randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group,25 cases in each group. The observation group was given an epidural anesthesia under general anesthesia, and the control group was given general anesthesia. The anesthetic quality of the two groups was compared. Results The heart rate(HR)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)of T1,T2,T3and T4in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of recovery of the correct answer time, extubation time, and blink time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the incidence of irritability during the recovery period of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The Ricker sedation-incitement score of the observation group at 12 hours after anesthesia was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The Ricker sedation-incitement score of the observation group at 24 hours and 36 hours after anesthesia were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores of the observation group in each period were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Epidural combined general anesthesia is more stable than general anesthesia in laparoscopic rectal cancer resection. The vital signs are more stable and the quality of recovery is better. It is worthy of popularization and application.
