Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of Dexmedetomidine under general anesthesia in patients undergoing ovarian cancer staging surgery. Methods Fifty patients with ovarian cancer treated in oncology department of our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the experimental group (n=25) and the control group (n=25) by the random double-blind method.Patients in the control group received saline intravenous intervention during staging surgery under general anesthesia, and patients in the experimental group received Dexmedetomidine. The levels of inflammatory factors and T lymphocyte subsets in the two groups of patients at 15 min induction of anesthesia,1 h after surgery, and 24h after surgery were analyzed. The incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups was compared. Results There were no significant differences in the levels of inflammatory factors at 15 min induction of anesthesia of patients between the two groups (P>0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors of the two groups at 1 h after surgery and 24h after surgery were higher than those at 15 min induction of anesthesia, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors in the experimental group at 1 h after surgery and 24h after surgery were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of T lymphocyte subsets at 15 min induction of anesthesia of patients between the two groups (P>0.05).The levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the experimental group at 1 and 24h after surgery were higher than those in the control group, and the level of CD8+in the experimental group at 24h after surgery was higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The incidence rates of agitation and cough in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine intervention for patients undergoing staging ovarian cancer under general anesthesia can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors and reduce the degree of immune damage in patients, which is worth promoting.
