Clinical effect of upper limb unsupported exercise training combined with Aminophylline in the treatment of stable patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of upper limb unsupported exercise training combined with Aminophylline in the treatment of stable patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 100 patients with stable severe COPD admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to January 2018 were selected as study objects,and they were divided into the observation group(n=50)and the control group(n=50)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with Aminophylline,the observation group was treated with upper limb unsupported exercise training on the basis of the control group.The levels of corticotropin releasing factor(CRF),fibrinogen(Fbg),lung function(total volume,FVC),respiratory status(partial pressure of arterial oxygen,PaO2),serum procalcitonin(PCT)and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the level of FVC and PaO2in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the level of Fbg,CRF,PCT and BNP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of upper limb unsupported exercise training combined with Aminophylline in the treatment of stable patients with severe COPD is definite,which can improve pulmonary function and tracheal ventilation level,and reduce the effect of inflammatory factors.
