Abstract:Objective To study the influence of bronchoalveolar lavage on pulmonary function in patients with pulmonary abscess and bronchiectasis complicated with infection. Methods A total of 84 patients with pulmonary abscess and bronchiectasis complicated infection who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into the control group(42 cases)and the experimental group(42 cases)by randomized method.Patients in the control group received conventional drug therapy, and patients in the experimental group received bronchoalveolar lavage. The lung function, treatment effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the level of breathing volume (FVC),maximum expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),maximum expiratory flow(PEF)of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with pulmonary abscess and bronchiectasis combined with bronchoalveolar lavage can effectively improve the lung function of patients, which is worthy of popularization and application.
