Abstract:Objective To explore the curative effect of pretreatment with Probiotics combined with quadruple therapy in the remedial treatment of infection of Helicobacter pylori (Hp).Methods From June 2016 to June 2018, 104 patients with Hp positive initial failure in our hospital were selected and divided into experimental group (n=52) and control group (n=52) number according to the patient′s medical treatment sequence. The patients in the control group were treated with routine quadruple therapy (Rabeprazole+Amoxicillin+Clavulacillin Citrate+Potassium Bismuth Citrate),while the patients in the experimental group were treated with Bifidobacterium Tetracycline Tablets for two weeks and then the patients in the experimental group were treated with routine quadruple therapy. Two groups of patients were treated for 2 weeks, and eradication effect and adverse reactions of Hp eradication between the two groups were compared. The tolerance of the two groups was counted. Results The effective rates of eradication of Hp in the experimental group and the control group were 84.62% and 78.85%, respectively, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 1.92%, which was lower than that of the control group (17.31%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The grade distribution of tolerance in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the failure of the first treatment, the Hp infection was treated with Bifidobacterium Quadruple Live Bacteria Tablets for two weeks and then treated with conventional quadruple therapy for remedial treatment, although the eradication rate of Hp could not be improved exactly, it is helpful to reduce the adverse reactions and improve the tolerance of patients, which has certain clinical application value.
