Abstract：Objective To investigate the application of quadruple therapy combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in patients with peptic ulcer and its effect on Hp eradication rate.Methods 84 patients with peptic ulcer treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,the study group was treated with quadruple therapy and Kangfuxin Liquid.The therapeutic effect and Hp eradication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.2%,which was higher than 73.8%of the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The Hp eradication rate of the study group was 92.9%,which was higher than 69.0%of the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was 15.4%,which was lower than 66.7%of the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of quadruple therapy combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in the treatment of peptic ulcer is significant,can improve the eradication rate of Hp,which has important application value.
