泛影葡胺加西甲硅油在术后早期炎性肠梗阻治疗中的作用

摘要目的探讨泛影葡胺加西甲硅油在术后早期炎性肠梗阻治疗中的作用。方法回顾性分析我院2010年1月～2015年12月的45例术后早期炎性肠梗阻病例，将患者随机分为对照组（n=20）和治疗组（n=25）。对照组常规给予石蜡油治疗，治疗组给予泛影葡胺加西甲硅油治疗，比较两组的手术率、并发症发生率、术后首次排气/排便时间、胃肠减压时间及住院时间。结果两组保守治疗期间无明显并发症，均痊愈出院，无一例需手术治疗。治疗组的首次排气/排便时间、胃肠减压时间、住院时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论泛影葡胺加西甲硅油治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻可加快肠道功能的恢复，缩短住院时间，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Meglumine Diatrizoate plus Simethicone in the treatment of early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction.Methods 45 patients with early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction who were treated in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into the control group(n=20)and the treatment group(n=25).The control group was given routine Paraffin treatment,while the treatment group was treated with Meglumine Diatrizoate plusing Simethicone.The operation rate, complication rate,the postoperative first exhaust and defecation time,gastrointestinal decompression time and hospitalization time between the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant complications in the two groups during the conservative treatment.All cases were cured,there was no surgical treatment.The postoperative first exhaust and defecation time,gastrointestinal decompression time and hospitalization time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.01).Conclusion Meglumine Diatrizoate plus Simethicone in the treatment of early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction may accelerate the recovery of intestinal function, shorten the time of hospitalization,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
