Abstract:Objective To compare the application effect of I-SCAN technology and common high definition(HD)electronic colonoscopy in the diagnosis of colorectal polyps.Methods 86 patients underwent colonoscopy in our hospital from March to October in 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 43 cases in each group.The experimental group was given I-SCAN mode,and the control group was given ordinary HD model.The detection rates of colorectal polyps and adenomas,the coincidence rate of endoscopic pathological diagnosis and pathological biopsy results,the time of removing the endoscope and the degree of intestinal cleanliness in the two groups were compared.Results The detection rate of polyps in the experimental group was 58.14%,which was higher than 37.21%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The detection rate of adenoma in the experimental group was 34.89%,which was higher than that in the control group(25.58%),with significant difference(P<0.05).The total coincidence rate of colonoscopy pathological diagnosis and pathological biopsy in the experimental group was 95.00%,which was higher than that in the control group(55.56%),with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the time of removing the endoscope and the degree of intestinal cleanliness(P>0.05).Conclusion Colonoscopy with I-SCAN technology can make the higher detection rate of polyps and adenomas,the endoscopic diagnosis rate of pathological type is higher,and the examination time has not been significantly prolonged,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
