Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography in diabetic lower extremity arterial disease.Methods80 patients with diabetic lower extremity arterial disease treated in our hospital from December 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the subjects,CT diagnosis and color Doppler ultrasonography were used, the detection rates of the two diagnostic methods was compared.ResultsThe detection rate of TMT in patients with lower extremity arterial disease by color Doppler ultrasonography was 87.50%,the detection rate of atherosclerotic plaque was 84.29%,and the detection rate of vascular stenosis and occlusion was 86.27%,which was higher than 67.50%, 60.00%and 45.10%of CT diagnosis. The accuracy of color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosis of plaque location was superior to CT diagnosis, with significant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionColor Doppler ultrasonography is effective in the diagnosis of diabetic lower extremity arterial disease. It is worthy to be popularized and implemented.
