Abstract:ObjectiveTo compare the value of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of early ischemic necrosis of femoral head.Methods60 patients with early ischemic necrosis of femoral head treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected and diagnosed by CT or MRI.The display ratio of signs was compared between the two groups.ResultsThe detection ratio of ischemic necrosis of femoral head at stageⅠtoⅡof MRI was 91.38%,which was higher than 63.79%of CT,with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between MRI and CT in the detection ratio of ischemic necrosis of femoral head at stageⅢandⅣ(P>0.05).In the diagnosis of ischemic necrosis of femoral head at stageⅠtoⅡ,the display rates of bone marrow edema, linear sign, and bone trabecula haziness of MRI was higher than that of CT,with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the display rate of local cystic lesions between MRI and CT(P>0.05).ConclusionThe display rate of MRI is significantly higher than that of CT in early ischemic necrosis of femoral head, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
