Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bifidobacterium Tablets combined with Esomeprazole-based quadruple therapy in the treatment of Hp infection-induced gastric ulcers. Methods 90 patients visiting our hospital due to Hp infection-induced gastric ulcers from June 2015 to February 2017 were included to this study and randomly divided into control group(n=45;undergoing Esomeprazole-based quadruple therapy)and observation group (n=45;receiving oral administration of Bifidobacterium Tablets combined with Esomeprazole-based quadruple therapy).Inflammatory factors including interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-1(IL-1)and gastrointestinal hormones including motilin(MTL)and gastrin (GAS)in the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Clinical efficacy was compared. Results After treatment,IL-6 and IL-1 decreased, which was more significant in the observation group (P<0.05);MTL increased while GAS reduced, which was more obvious in the observation group (P<0.05).Total effective rate in the control group and the observation group was 86.67%(39/45)and 95.56%(43/45),respectively,showed no significant difference(P>0.05).The clearance rate of Hp was higher and the recurrence rate of Hp was lower in the observation group as compared with the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Bifidobacterium Tablets combined with Esomeprazole-based quadruple therapy can better improve mucosal inflammatory response, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and reduce the infection rate of Hp.Therefore,it is worth popularizing.
