铝镁加混悬液联合奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡合并胃出血的临床分析

摘要目的探讨铝镁加混悬液联合奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡合并胃出血的临床效果。方法分析我院2014年2月～2017年3月收治的胃溃疡并胃出血患者120例临床资料，依据治疗方法不同进行分组，对照组（静脉滴注奥美拉唑治疗）60例和观察组（奥美拉唑基础上联合应用铝镁加混悬液治疗）60例。观察两组患者临床症状改善、临床疗效、不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者呕血停止时间[（1.6±0.3）d]、大便OB试验阴性时间[（4.5±1.0）d]、腹部疼痛消失时间[（2.1±0.3）d]均低于对照组[（2.2±0.5）d、（6.7±1.2）d、（3.5±0.6）d]，观察组患者临床治疗总有效率（96.7%）高于对照组（80.0%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者恶心呕吐（3.3%）、皮疹（0.0%）、腹部不适（3.3%）均低于对照组（10%、8.3%、8.3%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论铝镁加混悬液联合奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡并胃出血患者，临床症状改善明显，疗效良好，不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Almagate Suspension combined with Omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer complicated with gastric hemorrhage.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with gastric ulcer and gastric hemorrhage treated in our hospital from February 2014 to March 2017 were analyzed.According to the different therapeutic methods,they were evenly divided into control group(intravenous drip of Omeprazole)and observation group (on the basis of Omeprazole,Almagate Suspension was combined).The improvement of clinical symptoms,clinical effect,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed.Results In the observation group,time to stop blood vomiting,time of stool OB test negative,andabdominal pain disappearing were(1.6±0.3)d,(4.5±1.0)d,and(2.1±0.3)d,all shorter than those in the control group[(2.2±0.5),(6.7±1.2)d,and(3.5±0.6)d]in turn.The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 96.7%,much higher than that in the control group accounting for 80.0%.The percentage of adverse reactions including nausea and vomiting,rash，and abdominal discomfort was 3.3%,0.0%,and 3.3%,all lower than those in the control group(10%,8.3%,and 8.3%)accordingly,which were displayed statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Almagate Suspension and Omeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer complicated with gastric hemorrhage has advantages of remarkable improvement of clinical symptoms，great effect,and few adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
