Abstract:ObjectiveTo compare the clinical effect of Bismuth quadruple and traditional triple therapy in the treatment of pediatric gastritis with positive Helicobacter pylori.MethodsEighty pediatric patients with gastritis of positive Helicobacter pylori from September 2015 to September 2016 treated in our hospital were selected and were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, and there were 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with triple therapy, and in the observation group, patients were provided with Bismuth quadruple therapy. The eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori was analyzed using14C-urea breath test.ResultsThe total effective rate was 90%in the observation group, which was much higher than that in the control group(75%),and in the observation group, the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori was 92.5%,which was higher than that in the control group(77.5%),and at the same time, the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 5%,which was greatly lower than that in the control group(15%),which were all displayed statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Bismuth quadruple and traditional triple therapy in the treatment of pediatric gastritis with positive Helicobacter pylori can obtain a better effect.
