铋剂四联与传统三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性小儿胃炎的比较

摘要目的比较铋剂四联与传统三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性小儿胃炎的临床效果。方法选取2015年9月～2016年9月在我院进行幽门螺杆菌阳性小儿胃炎的80例患者，随机分成观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组患者采用三联疗法，观察组患者采用铋剂四联疗法。利用14C-尿素呼气实验分析幽门螺杆菌的根除率，比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的总有效率为90%，明显高于对照组的75%，幽门螺杆菌清除率为92.5%，明显高于对照组的77.5%，不良反应发生率为5%，明显低于对照组的15%，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论铋剂四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性小儿胃炎的效果更好。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo compare the clinical effect of Bismuth quadruple and traditional triple therapy in the treatment of pediatric gastritis with positive Helicobacter pylori.MethodsEighty pediatric patients with gastritis of positive Helicobacter pylori from September 2015 to September 2016 treated in our hospital were selected and were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,and there were 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with triple therapy,and in the observation group,patients were provided with Bismuth quadruple therapy.The eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori was analyzed using14C-urea breath test.ResultsThe total effective rate was 90%in the observation group,which was much higher than that in the control group(75%),and in the observation group,the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori was 92.5%,which was higher than that in the control group(77.5%),and at the same time,the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 5%,which was greatly lower than that in the control group(15%),which were all displayed statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Bismuth quadruple and traditional triple therapy in the treatment of pediatric gastritis with positive Helicobacter pylori can obtain a better effect.
