Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the effect of Levofloxacin in the treatment of acute pyelonephritis.MethodsFrom March 2015 to March 2017,50 patients with acute pyelonephritis in our hospital were selectad and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Metoprolol, and the observation group was treated with Levofloxacin. The total efficiency, the incidence rate of adverse reactions and the remission time of clinical symptoms in both groups were compared.ResultsThe total effective rate in the observation group was 95.0%,which was higher than 75.0%in the control group(P<0.05).The remission time of the clinical symptoms(the time of fever, the time of percussion pain, the relief time of the lumbago and the remission time of bladder irritation symptoms)in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionLevofloxacin is effective in the treatment of acute pyelonephritis, which can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms, promote the recovery of patients, and is worth popularizing.
