Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer.Methods80 patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer patients in our hospital from December 10th2014 to December 20th2016 were selected and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was given general nursing intervention,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing efficiency and quality of life were compared between two groups.ResultsThe nursing efficiency in the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(72.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences between the scores of quality of life in two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of quality of life in two groups were all increased,and compared with those before nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).And that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionComprehensive nursing intervention in patients with chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer can significantly improve the nursing effect and improve the quality of life of patients,and it is worth to be used by various hospitals.
