Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of systematic health education in the patients with spinal tuberculosis.MethodsA total of 72 patients with spinal tuberculosis from July 2015 to September 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of admission,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing measures,and the observation group was given systematic health education on the basis of the control group.The degree of cooperation,treatment compliance,mastering level of disease knowledge,nursing satisfaction and complication were compared between two groups.ResultsThe degree of cooperation(80.56%),treatment compliance(97.22%),mastering level of disease knowledge(97.22%)and nursing satisfaction(100.00%)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(41.67%,86.11%,86.11%,91.67%),the incidence of complication(5.56%)was lower than that in the control group(33.33%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionSystematic health education can be used in the patients with spinal tuberculosis,which can improve the mastering rate of disease knowledge,promote patients′active cooperation,improve patients′compliance and nursing satisfaction,and have a high clinical application value.
