Abstract:Objective To study the application value of thromboelastography in coagulation assessment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. Methods A total of 76 patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura who were admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study.A total of 76 healthy people who underwent normal blood donation in our hospital at the same time were selected. All patients underwent thromboelastography to detect reaction time in blood, clot formation time,Angle angle, maximum amplitude, comprehensive coagulation index,LY30(percentage of clot ablation at 30 minutes of maximum amplitude),etc.,and the values of the two groups of people were compared to observe the coagulation function of all personnel. Results The reaction time and blood clot formation time of the observation group were longer than those of the control group, and the LY30 of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Angle angle, maximum amplitude and comprehensive coagulation index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The thromboelastography test in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura can observe the dynamic changes of blood coagulation in patients and play an important role in evaluating the coagulation function of patients.
