Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of thromboelastography and traditional coagulation function in patients with craniocerebral injury. Methods Forty-six patients with craniocerebral injury who underwent surgery in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the subjects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different coagulation function monitoring methods during operation, with 23 cases in each group. The patients in the control group underwent traditional coagulation function monitoring. The patients in the observation group underwent thromboelastography monitoring. The operation time, blood loss, infusion volume and other operation indexes and postoperative status were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant differences in the operation time and urine volume between the two groups (P>0.05).The amount of bleeding, infusion volume, suspended red blood cell transfusion, fresh frozen plasma infusion, cryoprecipitate infusion, and platelet transfusion in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The drainage volume at 6 and 24 h after operation in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with craniocerebral injury undergo thromboembolic examination during surgical treatment, which can accurately judge the coagulation function of patients and reduce the infusion of blood products, which is of great significance for the treatment of patients.
