Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of Alprostadil Injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study objects, they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group treated with basic method, and the observation group treated with Alprostadil Injection on the basis of the control group.USA national institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS) score, modified Rankin scale before stroke (mRS) score and laboratory indexes were compared before and after treatment between the two groups. The total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The NIHSS and mRS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group on the 15th,30th and 90th days after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The platelet aggregation rate, plasma factor Ⅷrelated antigen and tissue plasminogen activator inhibitor level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group on the 15th day after treatment, and the tissue plasminogen activator level was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Alprostadil Injection can effectively improve the brain nerve function and laboratory indexes of patients with acute cerebral infarction, and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worth clinical application.
