Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Dydrogesterone combined with Estradiol Valerate on the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods A total of 84 patients with functional uterine bleeding admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the study objects, they were divided into control group and experimental group according to the coin grouping method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Dydrogesterone, while the test group was treated with Dydrogesterone Tablets combined with Estradiol Valerate Tablets. The bleeding control time, ovulation recovery after drug withdrawal and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The bleeding control and complete hemostasis time of the test group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).A total of 17 cases in the control group resumed ovulation, and 28 cases in the test group resumed ovulation. The recovery rate of ovulation in the test group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=5.791,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions occurred of 5 cases in the control group and 6 cases in the test group. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (χ2=0.105,P=0.745).Conclusion Dydrogesterone combined with Estradiol Valerate treatment can effectively shorten the symptoms bleeding time, promote the recovery of ovulation function, and it is worth popularizing.
