Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic hepatectomy in the treatment of intrahepatic bile duct stones. Methods A total of 110 patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the computer random method, they were divided into observation group and control group,55 cases in each group.Laparoscopic hepatectomy was performed in the observation group and laparotomy was performed in the control group. The intraoperative and postoperative conditions and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time of the patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones in the observation group was longer than that in the control group, and the amount of bleeding during the operation was less than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The analgesic, feeding time, first time out of bed and hospitalization time of patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic hepatectomy for intrahepatic bile duct stones is effective and safe, which is worth studying.
