Abstract:Objective To evaluate the curative effect of ultrasonic knife and peel bridge lateral transfer in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Methods Ninety patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids in our hospital from July 2016 to February 2019 were selected, and they were divided into control group (traditional external dissection and internal ligation,45 cases) and observation group (ultrasonic knife combined with peel bridge lateral transfer,45 cases) according to random number table method. The clinical efficacy, operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume, healing time and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups (P>0.05),the amount of bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the healing time was shorter than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidences of anal stenosis, pain, perianal edema, dysuria and external hemorrhoids in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound scalpel combined with peel bridge lateral transfer in the treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoid has definite curative effect, and can also promote the recovery after operation and reduce the occurrence of complications after operation.
