Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of different preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy regimens on the treatment of patients with locally advanced cervical cancer. Methods A total of 84 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to July 2017 were selected as the study subjects, they were divided into control group and research group according to random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received neoadjuvant chemotherapy with Cisplatin plus Paclitaxel (TP) before operation, while the study group received neoadjuvant chemotherapy with Cisplatin plus Docetaxel (DP) before operation. The clinical effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P>0.05). The incidence of bone marrow suppression, gastrointestinal reactions, neurotoxicity and allergic reactions in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of liver and kidney injury between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Cisplatin combined with Paclitaxel and Cisplatin combined with Docetaxel can effectively control local lesions. The therapeutic effect of both regimens is similar. Cisplatin combined with docetaxel can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with better safety, which is worthy of clinical application.
