布地奈德、异丙托溴铵联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗哮喘急性发作的临床效果

摘要目的探讨布地奈德、异丙托溴铵联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗哮喘急性发作的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月～2017年1月我院收治的60例哮喘急性发作患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分成对照组（32例）与实验组（28例）。对照组采用布地奈德和异丙溴铵雾化，实验组采用布地奈德、异丙托溴铵联合沙丁胺醇进行雾化。比较两组的临床治疗效果及治疗前后血气指标的改善情况。结果实验组的治疗总有效率为96.43%，高于对照组的78.13%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组治疗后的氧分压（PO2）高于对照组，二氧化碳分压（PCO2）低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对于哮喘急性发作患者，采用布地奈德、异丙托溴铵联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入，可获得较好的临床治疗效果，明显改善患者的血气指标，效果理想。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of budesonide,ipratropium bromide combined with salbutamol in aerosol inhalation in the treatment of acute asthma attack.Methods Sixty patients with acute exacerbation of asthma admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into control group(n=32)and experimental group(n=28).In the control group,aerosol inhalation of budesonide and ipratropium bromide was used,while in the experimental group,salbutamol was added.The clinical therapeutic effect and the blood gas indexes before and after treatment compared between the two groups.Results The total effectiveness rate of the experimental group was 96.43%,which was higher than that of the control group accounting for 78.13%,with a significant difference (P＜0.05).The PO2of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and PCO2 of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute asthma attack,budesonide,ipratropium bromide combined with salbutamol in aerosol inhalation can obtain a remarkable clinical effect and significantly improve the blood gas index of patients.
