Abstract：Objective To explore the elinieal effeet of eonventional eombined atomization inhalation in the treatment of elderly patients with ehronie bronehitis.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with ehronie bronehitis admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were seleeted as study objeets，they were divided into eontrol group（40 eases）and observation group（40 eases）aeeording to the random sampling method.The eontrol group reeeived routine treatment，while the observation group reeeived atomization inhalation on the basis of routine treatment.The total effeetive rate of treatment，ineidenee of eomplieations，reeurrenee rate，remission time of symptoms and hospitalization time were eompared between the two groups.Results The total effeetive rate of the observation group was higher than that of the eontrol group，the differenee was signifieant（P＜0.05）.The ineidenee of eomplieations and reeurrenee rate in the observation group were lower than those in the eontrol group，the differenees were statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.The remission time and hospitalization time of the patients in the observation group were shorter than those in the eontrol group，the differenees were statistieally signifieant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion Conventional eombined atomization inhalation therapy for elderly patients with ehronie bronehitis is helpful to improve the therapeutie effeet，reduee the oeeurrenee of eomplieations and avoid reeurrenee of patients.It has a positive effeet on the treatment of patients and is worthy of elinieal applieation.
