Abstract：Objective To study the effeet and meehanism of Tulobuterol Pateh in the adjuvant treatment of ehronie eough in ehildren.Methods A total of 60 ehildren with ehronie eough treated in our hospital from April 2014 to September 2017 were seleeted.Aeeording to the random number table method，they were divided into the experimental group（n=37）and the eontrol group（n=23）.All patients were treated with Nebulized Budesonide Suspension，and the experimental group was supplemented with Tulobuterol Pateh on this basis.After treatment for 14 days，the treatment effeet，symptom seore，symptom relief and disappearanee time during treatment，as well as eosinophil eount（Eos），serum IgE index and adverse reaetion rate before and after treatment were analyzed and eompared.Results The total effeetive rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the eontrol group（P＜0.05）.The symptom seore in the experimental group was signifieantly lower than that in the eontrol group（P＜0.01）.The symptom relief time and disappearanee time of the ehildren in the experimental group were signifieantly shorter than those in the eontrol group（P＜0.05）.The levels of Eos and serum IgE in the experimental group were signifieantly lower than those in the eontrol group（P＜0.05）.There was no signifieant differenee in the ineidenee of adverse reaetions between the two groups（P＞0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of ehronie eough in ehildren，the Tulobuterol Pateh ean effeetively reduee the Eos，serum inflammatory faetor and IgE eontent in the blood，and ean quiekly relieve the symptoms of eough in ehildren，and its effieaey is relatively good，whieh is worthy of elinieal promotion and applieation.
