Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of inhalation of Budesonide combined with Salbutamol on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods From April 2016 to January 2018,90 patients with AECOPD in our hospital were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.In the control group,45 cases were treated with atomization inhalation of Salbutamol,45 cases in the observation group were treated with aerosol inhalation of Budesonide on the basis of the control group,7 days as a course of treatment.The improvement of lung function index FEV1/FVC and 1 second forced expiratory volume (FEV1)before and after treatment in the two groups were compared,and the two groups of APN and inflammatory factor tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)were compared,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the level of TNF-α and APN in the observation group were lower than those of the control group.while the pulmonary function indexes such as FEV1/FVC and FEV1were higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%(43/45),higher than that of the control group(35/45),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.Conclusion For AECOPD patients,Budesonide combined with salbutamol aerosol inhalation is effective in treating airway inflammation and improving lung function.It is worth promoting.
