Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of deep needling acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in treatment of dysphagia after stroke.Methods60 cases of patients with dysphagia after stroke and who treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were randomly selected,and were divided into two groups by random numeric table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was received only common acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy,while the study group was received deep puncture and rehabilitation therapy.Then,the clinical effect and swallowing dysfunction of patients of two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effect in the study group was 90.00%,which was higher than that in the control group of 70.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VFSS scores before treatment of two groups were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the treatment,the VFSS scores of study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of drinking water of two groups were compared,and before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the treatment,the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of dysphagia after cerebral apoplexy can give deep acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy,which the clinical effect is prominent,the swallowing function of patients is significantly improved,and the quality of life is improved,thus it is worthy to be applied.
