Abstract:Objective To comprehensively analyze the clinical effect of rehabilitation intervention in the treatment of patients with stroke and shoulder-hand syndrome.MethodsA total of 80 cases of stroke complicated with shoulderhand syndrome who were treated in Guangzhou Yikang Geriatrics Hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were selected as research subjects. They were randomly divided into experimental group(rehabilitation therapy intervention)and control group (conventional intervention treatment)according to admission order,40 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy, total satisfaction score of nursing and scores of indicators(activities of daily living, limb motor function score, visual analogue pain score)before and after rehabilitation nursing intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 92.50%(37/40),the total effective rate in the control group was 72.50%(29/40),and the total effective rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the total satisfaction score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);before rehabilitation nursing intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the activities of daily living, limb motor function scores and visual analogue pain score between the two groups(P>0.05);after rehabilitation nursing intervention, the activities of daily living, limb motor function scores and visual analogue pain scores in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation therapy intervention has a significant clinical effect in patients with stroke complicated with shoulder-hand syndrome and improves limb function significantly.
