Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical value of domestic Bairensi tricuspid valve ring implantationoperation.Methods From July 2014 to February 2017,84 patients undergone tricuspid valvuloplasty (TVP)in our hospital and Gaozhou People′s Hospital of Guangdong Province were selected.According to the surgical methods,they were divided into the experimental group(n=42)and control group(n=42).In the experimental group,the valvuloplasty protocol was used,while in the control group,De Vega plasty was adopted.The results of postoperative cardiac function grading and cardiac uhrasonography were compared in patients between the two groups.Results The postoperative cardiac function grading of the two groups were significantly better than those before operation with statistical differences(P＜0.05).The ultrasound parameters one week after surgery in the two groups were all superior to those before surgery with statistical significance (P＜0.05).The long-term ultrasound parameters were significantly better in the experimental group than the control group,which displayed statistical significance (P＜0.05).After half a year follow up visits,on severe tricuspid regurgitation occurred in the experimental group,while in the control group,5 cases occurred,and even 1 dead among them.The incidence of severe tricuspid regurgitation in the experimental group and control group was 0%and 11.9%respectively among them.The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of tricuspid incompetence,domestic Bairensi tricuspid valve ring implantation has a definite effect,which is basically the same as that of De Vega plasty.It can effectively reduce the incidence of severe tricuspid regurgitation and improve the operation safety,and ameliorate the postoperative quality of life of patients.
