Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of aerosol inhalation combined with conventional therapy on neonatal aspiration pneumonia and cytokines. Methods 99 neonates with inhalation pneumonia treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were randomly divided into control group, observation group and experimental group.33 cases in each group were given routine treatment of control group.the observation group was treated with aerosol inhalation of ambroxol combined with routine treatment.the experimental group was treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation on the basis of routine treatment.the clinical efficacy,PO2/FiO2value and interleukin-6 level of the three groups were observed and compared. Results The disappearance time and average hospitalization time of main symptoms in the observation group and the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment, the total effective rate of the experimental group and the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,PO2/FiO2in the observation group and the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group at different time periods(P<0.05).After the treatment, the levels of Interleukin-6 in the three groups were decreased, and the levels of Interleukin-6 in the observation group and the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aerosol inhalation for neonatal aspiration pneumonia can significantly improve efficacy, ameliorate lung ventilation function and shorten oxygen-dependent time. The study also indicates the higher the level of interleukin-6 measures, the lower the PaO2/FiO2,and the more severe pulmonary ventilation dysfunction becomes, which has a clinical application value.
