炎琥宁联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床效果

摘要目的探讨炎琥宁联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床效果。方法选择我院2014年5月~ 2016年3月收治的78例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿为研究对象，以随机数字表法分组为两组：观察组（39例）和对照组（39例）。两组患者均接受常规治疗，对照组在常规治疗基础上使用利巴韦林，观察组在对照组基础上使用炎琥宁联合干扰素雾化吸入，对两组患儿疗效及症状消失时间、不良反应发生率等进行观察。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.87%，明显较高于对照组的76.92%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；观察组治疗后流涎消失时间、疱疹消失时间、退热时间、治愈时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；观察组治疗后不良反应发生率为7.69%，低于对照组的28.21%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论炎琥宁联合干扰素雾化吸入治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎效果满意，可缩短症状及体征恢复时间，促进病情康复，也具有较高安全性，值得临床推广。

Abstract：Objective To probe into the clinical effects of potassium Sodium Dehydroandroan drographolide Succinate combined with interferon inhalation in treatment of children with herpangina.Methods 78 cases of children with herpangina and who accepted treatments in our hospital from May 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the research object,and were randomly divided into observation group(37 cases)and control group(39 cases)by the random digit table grouping method.Patients of the two groups were treated with conventional therapy,on the basis of conventional treatmen,the control group were treated with Ribavirin while in the observation group,on the basis of the treatment in the control group,they were treated with potassium Sodium Dehydroandroan drographolide Succinate combined with interferon inhalation.Then,the clinical effects,symptom disappearance time,rate of adverse reaction and so on of two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (76.92%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the salivation disappeared time, herpes disappear time,pyretolysis time,healing time in the observation group after treatment was significantly shorter than the control group respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group after treatment was 7.69%,while in the control group was 28.21%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of potassium Sodium Dehydroandroan drographolide Succinate combined with interferon inhalation in treatment of children with herpangina is satisfactory,which can shorten the recovery the time of symptoms and signs,promote the rehabilitation of the disease,but also with high safety,thus it is worthy to be promoted in the clinical.
