Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the interferon suppository combined with loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)for the treatment of cervical human papilloma virus(HPV)infection in the clinical effect.Methods100 cases of cervical infection with high-risk HPV infection were treated in our hospital from February 2014 to December 2016,and LEEP operation was performed. The patients were divided into control group and study group according to the patients′wishes,50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with LEEP surgery, and the study group was treated with interferon suppository combined with LEEP treatment. The clinical efficacy,HPV negative condition,TCM syndrome score, clinical symptom and physical sign score, wound healing time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe clinical effective rate of the study group(94.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).The negative rate of HPV in the study group(86.00%)was higher than that in the control group(64.00%)(P<0.05).Before the intervention, two groups of TCM syndrome score and clinical symptom score was not statistically significant(P>0.05),after the intervention of the two groups of TCM syndrome score and clinical symptom score were decreased (P<0.05),and the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).The wound healing time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionInterferon suppository combined with LEEP in the treatment of cervical HPV infection can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, the curative effect is exact, and has a certain security.
